Free, no-obligation listing coverage for six months
A Home Protection Plan from Home Warranty Inc. allows your sellers to decide whether or not to purchase a home warranty at the offer table, rather than the listing table. After enrollment, for a period of six months, sellers may choose to be covered under the warranty. If the final offer on their home is not high enough to justify the inclusion of the warranty, then there is no further obligation. Even if claims have already been paid!
No preset dollar limitations on any items in our base plan for home buyers
A Home Protection Plan from Home Warranty Inc. covers the total cost to repair or replace covered items and mechanical systems, whether it is an 80-year old boiler system or a heat pump. Although many warranties place payout limits on heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, our customers will only pay a small service fee, and then experience full coverage on covered items, with no additional out of pocket expenses.
