We will email your renewal documents to you as soon as your email is processed. Please note that this may take up to 72 hours during weekends or holidays. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
A Few Items of Note:
- Payments will be automatically set up based on the amounts listed on your renewal invoice - if you need to add or remove coverage, please notify us by phone at 877-977-4949 or email email@example.com. Items newly added to your policy will incur a 30 day wait in claims.
- Automatic monthly payments will continue until we are informed that you wish to cancel and/or change your coverage
- Late payments will incur a lapse in coverage and a 30 day wait in claims
- NOTIFY Home Warranty, Inc. before calling a service company - service work done without prior approval will not be eligible for reimbursement
