A Few Items of Note:
- Payment must be received within 15 calendar days of the start of coverage; if received after the 15 day grace period, warranty will not go into effect until payment is received in full
- NOTIFY Home Warranty, Inc. before calling a service company - service work done without prior approval will not be eligible for reimbursement
- All covered systems and appliances must be in normal operating condition at the time coverage takes effect. Conditions determined to have existed prior to the coverage period or systems and appliances that never functioned properly during the period of warranty coverage are pre-existing conditions and are not eligible for coverage unless the terms for the Unknown Pre-Existing Conditions coverage are met.
- Claim payments cannot be made against the warranty until full payment is received for the warranty (with the exception of FREE listing coverage)
