With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, he brings a deep passion for people and community-building into every aspect of his work. His career has been defined by a desire to serve others and make a lasting, positive impact.

Outside of work, Theodore has been happily married for seventeen years and is a proud father to an incredible son. You can often find him enjoying time on the golf course or exploring the mountains.
